"Fantastic product just over a week and it’s looking great. Can recommend your firm."

"Although the turf delivery was delayed by a day — ordered on Sunday for Wednesday delivery — it eventually arrived on Thursday, along with heavy rain and hailstones in the middle of May! Despite the weather, the turf was laid that same day and, a week later (today in fact), the garden looks fantastic. The grass is a lovely rich green colour and already appears to be growing rapidly."

"Great turf growing well, looks great"

"The turf arrived on my chosen day. Neatly stacked, the delivery driver put the pallet as far up the driver as possible making it easier to get the turf to the intended site. The gardener said he had never seen such a neatly cut and stacked pallet , making his job a lot easier From start to finish this was excellent service and product and would recommend this company."

"Excellent product I am chuffed to bits with my new lawn. I did have spare at the end and was able to give it to my Daughter so she also has a very lovely looking lawn. Whole experience was simple and straightforward. The information and tutorials provided on the website is extremely helpful and the value was fantastic, trust me I always compare against a few places, Online Turf outshone truly. My garden makeover which has taken some time to complete and a fair wack of fierce savings dented but I am so pleased at the end result this company and it's products was a great find. Recommended to several people since."

"The turf is excellent quality,. I highly recommend online turf. From advice which product suitable; emto on time delivery of the turf. And then email follow up on after care service."

"Fantastic product and service. Turf came on time in an excellent shape."

"Easy to order, quick delivery and so far the turf looks healthy. Not been down a week yet but already greener and showing growth. Your ‘how to’ info is very useful and love the follow up saying you will tell us when safe to mow."

"Excellent quality Excellent service grass growing well no problem first rate"

"Delivered on time. 5 days after laying the turf is already growing even though the roots haven’t knitted yet. Deep green colour is far richer than the old lawn. New top soil underneath should keep it that way. Would recommend this supplier as this is the second lawn that we have bought from them so a repeat customer."

"Great service, prompt delivery and excellent turf, already laid and looking good"

"Lots of useful info on website, lovely turf, very consistent, and all the rolls had plenty of soil. Great price. Good comms on delivery and very helpful and flexible delivery driver"

"Fast delivery, very good quality turf and the roots started growing very quickly. The lawn already looks great. Really happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend."

"Very efficient easy to use and navigate website would definitely use again and recommend"

"I have waited until the turf has started to grow before leaving my review. The grass, as it is now, is amazing. A lush green colour, and great quality throughout the lawn. I ordered the turf on Thursday morning, and I did pay a little more, but the turf turned up the following morning. The delivery driver was amazing and the delivery went very smoothly. The garden has benefited from some lovely Welsh rain, and I did water it morning and night when it didn’t. Even after the delivery, I am still getting helpful hints as to what to do to get the most out of the lawn. Yesterday, I got the message, it’s time to make the first cut. I think touches like this and the speed and quality of the delivery and turf makes recommending the company a no brainer."

"Delivery within specified time. 30 rolls on pallet set down right inside my garage for short distance for laying. Grass rolled out like a carpet in the back garden on prepared soil base. It looks superb. I can’t specify the grass except it’s green and looks great. I’m following instructions for watering. Can’t wait for first light cut."

"A brilliant experience from start to finish. Ordering was easy and efficient. Delivery was on time and the driver couldn't be more helpful. The turf is fantastic quality and looks lush after just a week. I would highly recommend."

"Excellent service and communications and excellent turf. Arrived on time with helpful courier. Turf fresh and healthy. Laid same day, watered as directed and turf responded with healthy, and weed-free growth. Looks lovely, so delighted."

"Great service and delivery. Turf excellent quality and easy to lay and establish."

"Excellent service and delivery and excellent turf (our second lot). After sales contact is refreshing"

"We are really pleased with the turf, the delivery went well and we were kept informed of the time it would be delivered by the haulage company. The turf was green and in good condition when it arrived."

"Pleasantly surprised at the turf quality and care in packaging. A professional approach I would recommend, keep it up!"

"Top quality turf at a very reasonable price."

"Very quick delivery, good quality turf would definitely recommend and will be using again."

"It was really convenient to be able to order the turf on Wednesday evening and have it arrive by Friday lunchtime. The guy delivering the palette went out of his way to put it just where I wanted, and by Friday night I had laid all 32m2. Unlike some other turf I've used, this product doesn't have a plastic mesh embedded in it, which makes it easier to cut to shape. The quality seems good - it's a lush green, with very little variation across the rolls. It's only been down less than a week, so too early to properly assess, but so far, so good."

"ordering very easy, delivery perfect and the grass is top quality, very pleased"

"I have used online turf many times and everything works well. Ordering and product are as is it should be. My customers are always extremely satisfied"

"Delivered on time and in great condition. Garden looks amazing!"

"Top class turf will use again"

"Absolutely brilliant ,plentyof advice for laying quality fresh product all laid and doing well"

"Turf arrived as requested. Great delivery. Lovely turf. Looks great."

"Good turf. Carefully delivered. All good."

"The whole experience was great from order to delivery ,. Great communication and very happy with the turf , I have a few small areas to fix , but I think that was down to user error and maybe the dog . Overall great product and experience"

"Calculated 16sq meters but ordered 18 sq meters. Turf rolls arrived in good condition; some bits a little thinner than others, but that was expected as it's a natural product. Laid in around 3hrs with quit a bit of cutting due to triangular plot and large manhole cover. Very happy with the turf and it appears to be growing well."

"Completley satisfied with both the turf quality and service I received with this order."

"Very happy with my purchase excellent quality and as advertised the delivery driver was very courteous and helpful and received as requested. Thank you"

"Great prouduct. Great service. Reccommend"

"Both orders I had with them in terms of delivery and quality of the turf were outstanding. The first order we laid, has already settled in and is growing and probably ready for it's first cut in a couple of weeks. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again, should the situation arise."

"we have had your turf here for2 years ,it is really good, so when our Grandson bought a house and needed turf we had no hesitation to order from you, excellent as usual. Thankyou"

"Turf arrived when requested. I had phoned to advise there was a slope in front of our house which was passed onto the driver. He said it wasn’t an issue and delivered the turf on the pallet exactly where we needed it. We thought we were going to have to unload manually so we were really pleased. The turf is very good quality with no weeds. We layed it the same day it was delivered and it’s knitting together and starting to grow in less than a week. It looks fab and we will definitely order again when we take on the next next part of our garden project."

"Quick delivery, driver pulled turf right up the driveway to get as close as possible to the house, turf was easy to lay and once down looked in really good condition and a nice uniform colour. The lawn has been down almost a week now and seems to have taken hold and is growng nicely. Plenty of water and some helpful rain are doing the job"

"Turf looks great, delivery driver was very helpful, had some access issues but no fuss by driver walked it round with a power truck, quite a distance.i was well impresssed."

"Arrived on schedule. Pleased with quality of turf. Looking good."

"Good quality turf which arrived on the planned day. Main issue was it arrived on a 26 tonne rigid truck trying to get up our narrow lane even though I did call and advise."
