How We Deliver Our Turf
Online Turf offers nationwide delivery. We send out hundreds of orders each week using a national haulage network, with delivery depots located in every area.
Delivery Days
When placing your order, you can choose the delivery date that works best for you.
- Next working day delivery – Available when ordering before 2pm.
- Future delivery dates – Your turf will be cut and dispatched the day before your chosen date to ensure it arrives fresh.
- Saturday delivery – Available for an additional £30.
Please note: on some dates, a surcharge may apply. This helps us manage busier periods and ensures we can deliver your turf reliably and in the best condition. If one day is particularly busy, you may find a quieter day available at a lower cost. All delivery options and any charges will be shown clearly at checkout.
Delivery Time
Deliveries are made anytime between 8am and 6pm. When placing an order, you will be given the option to choose a ‘Pre-1pm Slot’ or an ‘Afternoon Slot’ for an extra £25.00 if required.
Delivery Method
We deliver our products on pallets, using a tail lift offload and a manual pallet pump trolley. The pallet is lowered to the ground at the rear of the wagon and then manoeuvred with a pallet pump trolley to the kerbside at the front of the property. On some occasions the delivery may be taken onto the driveway, provided that the drive is a flat, concrete or tarmac surface. This will be at the driver’s discretion as to whether they deem it safe to do so, however they are usually very accommodating and as helpful as possible.
It is important to note that we do not deliver with a hiab or crane, therefore goods cannot be lifted over walls or fences. The surface we deliver to must be a solid hard-standing area and must be flat. We cannot deliver to gravel driveways, soft ground, grass verges or sloping ground.

Deliveries are made on a standard 18 tonne delivery wagon, however if you think access may be an issue we can request a 7.5 tonne vehicle for small orders. This is only a request and cannot be guaranteed.
