It was delivered pretty much next day and I was informed of its location every step of the way. The driver called before hand and then accommodating to our request to deliver to the back of the property. The quality is amazing and unbelievable for the price. I was that impressed with the turf I actually moved things around in the garden so I could get another 12 m2. "We are absolutely delighted with this company and the turf supplied. The delivery man went above and beyond to put the turf where we could easily access it (difficult access to our garden). We laid this lawn three weeks ago in the pouring rain as we had no choice, but the turfs were lovely and thick, and lush, and even though they appeared to 'swim' around for a couple of days they soon took - even at this time of year. All our neighbours are so impressed with the quality of the turf. It's had its first mow, thank you online turf for the email, and it looks like it has been here for a long time. The surprisingly clement weather,(correctly) forecast to last through last week created an opportunity to double-dig and level for a new lawn so I opted for a Friday delivery.
