"Decided on the budget turf as I have dogs, very surprised at the quality of the product which came well packed on a pallet. Was concerned regarding access as my house is at the end of a cul-de-sac but it was not a problem. The delivery driver could not have been more polite and helpful. My only comment on room for improvement is giving the ability to track delivery as almost all other online companies now do. The customer service is excellent though."

"I bought Rye Gold Turf last October for my back garden, it took really well and has grown fantastically with a lovely even deep green colour. When I did the front garden this year, I bought another 60sqM and like last year it was delivered really quickly and in excellent condition ... first thing on a Saturday morning along with 4 bags of turfing soil so spent all day spreading soil and laying turf and it laid like a dream. Lifted a small piece this morning after 5 days, already see the shoots of roots starting to grow to the soil underneath. Really really pleased with the turf, the soil and the service ... TWO years in a row ... would definitely recommend."

"Having had a delivery of the Rye Gold turf last year that has settled in nicely, I ordered another 40 turfs this year to extend the lawn. I did not pay extra to get an early delivery but nevertheless the turf arrive mid afternoon which gave me a chance to start laying that day. Finished the job the next day and already it’s starting to blend with last years delivery. I had planned for a few spoiled turfs but all were in good condition and in fact a 41st turf that was on the pallet was a welcome addition. I have rung the office a couple of times and had prompt and helpful responses (eg I was told I should not apply an autumn/winter feed as the turf had already been treated, and to wait until spring to apply an appropriate fertiliser then."

"Turf arrived 8am on a Saturday, we paid extra to get delivery before midday and the 8am delivery was a godsend as we were finished by 2pm. All the rolls were in great condition none were dry or damaged I was sure to do a lot of prep as our garden was somewhat wild and stoney. The soil quality after tilling and sifting was very good so we didn't require any extra top soil but did use some bone meal just in case to help with root growth. It's three weeks on now we have a lovely lush green lawn ready for its first cut. All I would say is if your a novice like me prep is the most important things and the tips on this site were very helpful. Thanks again very happy indeed."

"Great tuft and well packed on pallets, what i would say is that the delivery wasn't straight forward as the very helpful carrier driver said he had to leave the pallets on the curbside/pavement, this was not possible as he had a pallet truck but could only unload off the back of the truck on the tail lift."

Excellent service, I ordered on Thursday lunchtime and it was delivered by 8:30am Friday. Decent price and super quality. Laid on Friday night all ready for the weekend ( not walked on...we have a large patio area) but finally tidy and really does look fantastic. Slight downside for others maybe but was fine for me....I had booked an afternoon slot and it was delivered first thing, but that did work in my favour in the end. Definitely recommend"

Delivery was made on the correct day, however driver nearly left our pallet on a public pathway instead of on our drive. Took some persuading to have delivery made on our property as he was more in a rush having packed up and wanting to leave but we made him deliver it correctly and move it all of 5 yards off the public path. Not online turfs fault, more a courier issue. Product fantastic and very much recommend using them. Easy purchase, quick payment, prompt delivery on day requested. Thank you."
