My only real suggestion (not a complaint)is this; when our stadium turf arrived the under layer of grass was that dry beige colour and I kept worrying a little about the quality of it, having never laid turf before i suppose i expected it to be completely green. I reasoned with myself that this was probably normal and that it might be due to it being autumn. I was probably also scrutinizing it too much. Sure enough a week later it is already looking gorgeous. So my only suggestion really is perhaps to explain what is normal for new turf to look like when its first been laid and reassure that within a week or so it should start looking beautiful and green.
