"I ordered online a relatively small quantity of Stadium turf (40m2) then phoned the company to add some extra, with no problem at all. I paid for morning delivery but did not receive an email with estimated delivery time as advised and my turf arrived at 11:40 (still technically am!), so was a little disappointed. This of course was no fault of OnlineTurf. Unfortunately the additional fertiliser that I'd ordered did not arrive so I had to make a trip to the local DIY store to ensure the best preparation and success of the lawn. Also, there were a couple of rolls that were tatty down one edge and two that had holes along the centre of the strip so couldn't be laid. Luckily my adding to the order meant that these could be disguarded without adversely affecting the final result. Overall I was really pleased with the quality of the turf. The soil was deep and grass in great condition. It was so easy to lay a really great looking lawn and am impressed by how much it has grown in just one week. I am really pleased with the follow up advice on lawn care and cutting. I don't believe that other companies provide this service. Despite the couple of minor problems mentioned above I would without hesitation, use OnlineTurf again in the future. Here's to many happy years of garden play for my grandchildren."

"We ordered the stadium turf for a Saturday delivery. It arrived around mid day so no problems there. Turf arrived stacked nicely on a pallet, no damage. Having never laid turf before I wasn't quIte sure what to expect, but the whole process was suprisingly easy. The turves were all good quality and uniform size, and easy to cut around the edges of the lawn area. Photo below was taken shortly after laying the turf, so doesn't do the finished product justice, but you can see that the turf is fresh and green. Emails with tips are a nice and useful touch which backs up the excellent service."

Delivery Man bought turf on pallet down the drive and it was well packaged-very impressed! "Bought Stadium Turf, can't fault it. Ordered on a Tuesday along with 3 bulk bags of top soil & it was all delivered Thursday afternoon. I payed £10 extra for a pm delivery the driver phoned 20 minutes before he came round & dropped the stuff off at 13:00. Had all 65m² layed by 18:00 looks great. The delivery method was fine for me, truck with hydraulic tail gate & a pallet barrow. If you need pallets of turf droped into a garden over a fence for instance then it may be worth enquiring if you can have your goods delivered on a flat bed truck equiped with a HIAB which may cost extra but may save a lot of back braking graft. The after care E-mails are a great touch especially if you haven't got green fingers. 10 out of 10"

"I have never laid turf before and although I only had a small area, I wanted instant impact and to avoid those sad, dry old turf rolls that sit outside of the DIY shops. I looked at many online turf suppliers and am so pleased I chose Online Turf. I used the online guides for how to prepare the area and then started to unroll the turf. It was nice and green and thick (and bloody heavy!). A couple of the edges were a bit raggedy but the vast majority were beautifully cut. The turf has been down for nearly a week and I can already see where it is starting to knit together. There are a couple of patches that I will have to seed (my fault entirely) but the follow-up emails mean that I have much more confidence for looking after my lawn. It initially felt like I was paying a lot for delivery, but after seeing the price of turf in my local garden centre (and the poor quality), I think the price is actually very fair. I just wish I had more space to lay turf now because it looks so good!"

"Excellent Turf, I brought 60 stadium turfs and 1 bag top soil for lawn. Only 3 rolls out of the 60 were slightly damaged ( torn). Could still use them to do the uneven edges. I should have brought 2 bags of Top soil. I had to buy extra 21 bags of topsoil ( 35ltr per bag) from home base. The grass is dark green and quickly takes root. They look great in 2 days of watering. "Ordered 60m2 of Stadium Turf on Thursday for delivery on Saturday. It was unloaded and in my property by 0730, which gave me plenty of time to lay it that day - absolutely brilliant! The turf was very healthy indeed with no evidence of any weeds at all and after five days it appears to be growing well. The advice and guidance from the web site certainly helped in the preparation of my garden and the actual laying of the turf. My only criticism is that about half a dozen turfs each had a ragged end where it appeared that they hadn't been cut properly and led to part of those turfs been wasted."
