"First of all I'm not normaly one for writing reviews but I have made an exception on the basis of what a fantastic service I've received. Ordered 70 rolls of Rye Gold on a damp cold Sunday afternoon and choose delivery for Tuesday, as this was looking like the best day of the week for laying! I decided to pay the extra as to choose a morning delivery but to be honest I wasn't holding out much hope as I live on the other side of the country in North Norfolk. Fast forward to 11am Tuesday morning lorry pulls up with all the turf, neatly rolled and wrapped on Two pallets. Delivery driver was polite and helpful and local from a company only a few miles away. Apparently the order was picked up and transported Monday night and in their depot for delivery Tuesday morning. Every roll was in perfect condition and once laid looked lovely. All in all a fantastic service and product, would highly recommend this company."

Very impressed that the customer service team managed to delay my delivery by a week due to my area due to have a cold -4 snap and snow the day after the delivery was originally due. This would have no doubt damaged or killed the newly cut/laid turf so very thankful it was as easy as sending a quick email. My only suggestion would be to send a dispatched email to confirm it was on its way that day. Just to put my mind at ease waiting.... Overall very pleased with the turf, it's only been down less than a week but seems to remain healthy looking, only time will tell. Lucky the milder temperatures and spring showers are working their magic helping the grass grow."

As I stayed in a new residential area which is not on Google map yet, and twice missed delivery from Amazon, I gave directions to my place in email and and when call to the customer service about directions to my place, was assured that instructions will be given to the driver. Ordered on Sat and delivery Tue anytime as I was not in a hurry to lay turf. Tue morning at 9.30 am delivery man called up n delivered tight up to my garden . "Really pleased with my new lawn! Ordered Tufing Topsoil and Rye Gold Turf from here - I was nervous as never ordered gardening products online but the reviews were so good I went for it. Topsoil quality was really good, a couple of stones but easy to pick out as I spread. Turf was top notch - really moist and easy to handle and roll out. Even the fencing guy who came the next day wanted to know where I had got it from as was the best quality he had seen newly laid. Only small negative I didn't receive any emails or texts about delivery so on the day I had to ring up to double check, however, the lady I spoke to was lovely and had no issue checking for me. Delivery arrived on the day I requested by a very helpful driver. Overall very happy customer!"

"My retired parents had just acquired some land to the rear of their property. They were keen to make it a 'secret garden' and thus wished to plant out and lay to grass. It was up to myself to acquire the turf needed on their behalf. No pressure!!!. I was hoping to use a high street retailer so if there were problems, I had some recourse. However, price, online reviews and quality were somewhat questionable. I then came across Online Turf when searching the internet. I was extremely dubious about buying online as there seemed to be less options in the event of a problem.
