The turf was in perfect condition, and luckily, it was only a small garden, so laid the same day. The preparation was harder than laying the turf and it done by close of play. What a transformation! "So far very happy, turf is very happy on my fully prepared bed of top soil. Its grown an inch and its only been down a week. A few rolls were damaged most likely during transit, I'm glad I ordered extra just in case. Grass is very much weed free as promised. Overall very satisfied."

"I had been looking around local merchant’s for turf, but either the turf I could see had been sitting on pallets outside the store for days, or was quoted a delivery timeline of 1-2 weeks which did not suit my needs, and at a high cost. The online reviews for Turf Online were very positive so thought I would give them a go. I have to say the experience was marvellous. Their website is easy to use for the purchase and there are lots of tips and helpful videos; though some could do with modernising, but there are plenty of others on YouTube. I could choose a delivery date within a couple of days and there was an offer on the amount of turf I needed at 50m2. The turf was delivered mid-morning on the day requested, which was early enough for me to get it off the pallet and laid that day. The turf had been well wrapped for its transport. The delivery driver was excellent and put it exactly where I wanted it to be delivered; I had taken note of the delivery requirements for a hard standing as the turf is delivered by a motorised palletiser from the lorry which needs hard ground to manoeuvre. The turf was in excellent condition and easy to lay. Shame there isn’t an opportunity to add photos for this review as they would reinforce how well everything went. I would use this company again and would recommend them to friends. Excellent."

The initial call was really helpful; I gave my measurements and the quantity suggested couldn’t have been more accurate: there was literally 10 square cms left over. The delivery was on time and the driver delivered to a sensible place out of the way of the neighbours but accessible to me. The turf is fantastic quality, went down easily and just a week in is taking well and growing beautifully. The price was the best I found online too. Can’t fault any aspect of this process.
