"My daughters small 35sq.m lawns has been devastated by her children’s trampolene and their dog when it was a puppy. The surprisingly clement weather,(correctly) forecast to last through last week created an opportunity to double-dig and level for a new lawn so I opted for a Friday delivery. The turf arrived in a timely fashion in excellent condition with no hint of yellowing, no tears, moisture content perfect, polythene wrapping and stacking technique well honed. "Decided on the budget turf as I have dogs, very surprised at the quality of the product which came well packed on a pallet. Was concerned regarding access as my house is at the end of a cul-de-sac but it was not a problem. The delivery driver could not have been more polite and helpful. My only comment on room for improvement is giving the ability to track delivery as almost all other online companies now do. The customer service is excellent though."

I bought the budget turf, 20 sqm, little bit more than I needed just in case and a big bag of turfing topsoil. Thought the purchase/delivery process was kept informed. Delivery driver was very accommodating. The grass quality was very good, we were not able to lay it the day it was delivered but even still the next day when it was all layed out, we were lucky to have some rain that evening which helped as did the next two days of sporadic torrential rain. Its been laid for 4 days and is really looking luscious and green. Can still see some of the seems, but in general it just looks fantastic. The soil we used to bring the lawn up a bit and also to provide a nice nutritious base for the new turd to take too. Still waiting for another several days before considering giving it a cut/walking on it. I wish I could post pictures because my words do not do the product justice. So overall, extremely satisfied with what we bought and the whole experience. I would highly recommend you make your purchase through online turf, I'm sure you won't regret it."

The only negative feedback he could give was that the delivery was quite late in the afternoon and not being able to track the order meant they stayed in all day, ready and poised to lay it. However, it does look amazing and I am very impressed by the amount of information this company gives on how to prepare the garden and care for the turf . I didn't get an automated email post order with confirmation and invoice and as such had to email myself to chase this up, but I did then get a swift response of confirmation and a copy of the invoice.
