"3 weeks after being laid, 1st cut done whilst still damp due to days of rain but had grown so long had to be done as was starting to lay down flat. Used a hover mower at highest cut level.... Very green & thick, rooted really well, laid on freshly rotavated (very sun dried)soil prepared with a thin top layer of soil conditioner/fertiliser 1st & then watered every morning for half hour for the first 10 days then left to natural daily light rain. Very happy so far with our new lawn area."

"Ordering was straightforward. Delivery was precisely as promised. The driver was very personable and obliging, offering the sensible suggestion that as the rolls appeared very dry, they should be soaked whilst still on the pallet. I'd also ordered a bag of topsoil on which to lay the turf as our house is a new-build with rather large areas of clay remaining after construction. One or two rolls were a tad unhealthy-looking compared with the rest; but 4 days after being laid, the lawn is growing very well and such holes as there were have almost filled over such that it looks established already following watering and some rain."

"When another local company took my payment and couldn't deliver when they originally said on the phone order. Several phone calls they couldn't honour delivery dates which I requested. At 11.11am last Friday5th June I ordered 35 turfs and a bulk bag of top soil, by 3.15pm Saturday 6th June the ordered was delivered and the lawn laid. Fantastic service, very pleased. The delivery driver rolled up, in what we thought was hilarious, a very large DULUX TRUCK, but he was so polite and very helpful. My son has no driveway so he had to leave the order on the street, but put it in a very safe place and made a point of asking if we were satisfied with where he offloaded the purchase. (I should point out that turf I bought three years ago from a prestigious, local company was very badly shredded and full of weeds.) "I was happy with the price and the next day delivery option at £20. arrived mid morning and was laid the same day. A couple of rolls had imperfections (Holes) but overall they were very good. It is a natural product so can be expected. One roll though was not rolled correctly and appeared just thrown onto the pallet. I had a couple of spare rolls at the end so this did not matter. Instructional videos were really helpful. went down well and after a week is looking good..."

"I ordered 52 sqm and I was able to arrange a quick delivery. The day before delivery was due, I added an extra 8 sqm to the order. The customer service allowing me to do this at such short notice was very good. I’m generally not someone that reviews good or bad but in this case I wanted to add my comments. I ordered the grass for an AM slot, unfortunately it didn’t arrive before 1pm as agreed. I spoke to customer services twice that day but the turf didn’t arrive. Most reviews are when things either go great or terribly, in my case online turf seemed great but an issue with delivery company led to the delay, hence a mixed experience for me. The grass arrived mid morning the following day and was still of a very high quality. I received an email explaining what happened, with an apology. In this email I was also assured that any issues with the product they would assist me. In a nutshell, easy for companies to get good reviews when they do as expected, harder to get good reviews when things don’t go as planned. In my case they dealt with my issues promptly, professionally and had a plan if things didn’t work out with regards quality of the product. I would highly recommend this company."

"As a gardener I saw a newly laid lawn next door to one of my customers and it looked really nice, I was due to to lay 14m2 so I asked the neighbour where he had got it from, online turf was his response and it was the stadium turf, I found it easy to order online and arrange delivery, when it arrived I new straight the way that it was decent quality no stones or tears in the lawn, after I had layed it, it already looked nice, I've left instructions for the customer regarding watering the grass and to be honest I'm looking forward to going back in a week times to see how it has took, so it's a big 👍up to online turf.... "I have just completed my first cut and I am absolutely thrilled with my new lawn. The quality it excellent, lovely thick green grass and the service fantastic. The grass was in excellent condition when it arrived and arrived on the day specified in the morning. We laid the lawn pretty much as soon as it arrived and have watered it every day since. We’ve had a couple of incidents where our dog has got on the lawn and torn up a part 😫 but it patched back in well and has rooted fine. Just goes to show how the quality and hardiness of the grass. I’m so pleased with my new lawn, thank you!"
