"40 rolls ordered to to arrive on a Saturday and they arrived first thing on the day. Very easy to track delivery, and turf was well packaged. All rolls were moist and good-quality healthy-looking grass. I laid it straight away and it's doing well so far. "Very pleased with the product, Rye Gold Turf, and service. Lots of helpful advice on the site before ordering helpful reminder emails after delivery. Advised when delivery was imminent on the day. Delivered on a massive lorry by a lovely lady who liaised with the refuse collectors who had arrived at the same time, she wasn’t ruffled and brought the pallet as near to the back gate as she could and went back to the lorry, parked around the corner, so as to not inconvenience the refuse collectors. Something to consider when planning a delivery date as it arrives on a big lorry. Turf packed neatly and easy to transport in their rolls. 30 sq metres ordered. Laid the 22 ish rolls of turf immediately, most were moist, a couple were drying but to be expected with such hot weather. Watered immediately and then a few days of rain helped and then back to watering. From day 1 to now day 10 I have a lovely lush green area of lawn at the bottom of the garden putting the rest of my grass to shame. Used Online Turf at a previous property and was happy with the quality and service then aswell. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend."

"Amazing product, price and service. I was sceptical about ordering turf from somewhere not local, but it was excellent and couldn't be beaten! Paid extra for a 08:00 - 12:00 slot and it arrived on time and by a very helpful cheery courier. The grass is wonderful and easy to lay. Thankfully for the torrential rain it's taken to the ground nicely. Only comment is that there are a few mushrooms growing up, but very common for fresh turf laying. Absolutely excellent and will definitely be buying from Online Turf again when I need some RyeGold seed for patchy parts down the line A****"

Turf was in perfect condition, which was great, especially with the weather this summer Turf arrived nice and early. Grass is already looking good. Would recommend. The one thing that would make the service even better is if the pallet lorry had a forklift with it, so could get the Turf a little nearer for a customer. Mine had to stay on the footpath due to gravel drive."

"The ground where I live is very stoney so I purchased 2 bulk bags to lay a 2 inch thick base before laying the turf. Soil and turf came together early in the day so was able to complete the new lawn on the same day. The soil was excellent no lumps at all making the turf laying easy.
