"Turf arrived when requested. I had phoned to advise there was a slope in front of our house which was passed onto the driver. He said it wasn’t an issue and delivered the turf on the pallet exactly where we needed it. We thought we were going to have to unload manually so we were really pleased. The turf is very good quality with no weeds. We layed it the same day it was delivered and it’s knitting together and starting to grow in less than a week. It looks fab and we will definitely order again when we take on the next next part of our garden project."

"Quick delivery, driver pulled turf right up the driveway to get as close as possible to the house, turf was easy to lay and once down looked in really good condition and a nice uniform colour. "Being a novice, it is always a gamble when ordering items you are not familiar with. I wanted turf for my front garden. After some research, I selected Online Turf as my supplier. Fortunately, it was the right decision. I selected the grade of turf I wanted, and, due to circumstances, a delivery was scheduled between 1 pm and 6 pm. The delivery arrived at 1 pm, and the driver had already positioned the pallet exactly where I would have requested, which was under my porch in the shade. A hot day. Well done, delivery man. Due to circumstances, I was not able to lay the turf until the following day.. On the day of installation, when unrolling the turf, it was in very good condition, wet, looking very green, and solid without ragged edges or thinning soil. It lay perfectly, and to say I am delighted is an understatement. Well done, Online turf for providing a very good product. To any other customer, whether amateur, like me, or professional, I would strongly recommend your company as a premium supplier who is committed to providing a good service together with a quality product. "We ordered a large amount of the RyeGold turf. The order came on the day we had paid for and within the time slot given. The driver was friendly, helpful. I asked him to put the palletts on my drive which he did with no questions. The turf its self is overall very good. It was well stacked and still moist even on the warm day it was delivered. We did have a couple of rolls that were not great. They eere thin and scraggy. I didnt use these ones as i had ordered a bit extra just incase of this. I found bits of plastic pipe in a few rolls as i unrolled them. . Overall i am really happy with the turf and glad i ordered from here. The finished garden looks great."
