"Very pleased with this company. Ordering was very easy, the turf turned up the next business working day. My prepared lawn was ready and waiting for its new look. I must say the delivery driver went over and above siting the pallet in the right place. It only took me about an hour to neatly lay 39sqm. I’ve watered it every day for 5 days (typically we were having mid 30’s in sunshine but the sprinkler was doing overtime to keep the turf moist. Well 5 days on and my turf is a nice mid green colour and it is already rooting into the ground (a slight pull established it has rooted in) I am really satisfied with my turf from this company and I’d highly recommend them."

Haven't needed customer services as we haven't had any issues. Good quality and price. Paid extra for earlier delivery as I'm inpatient but it was worth it and would have been free if I could have waited an extra 3 days. Would recommend."

"The turf arrived exactly as promised, it was in excellent condition - I'd spent 2 days locally trying to find turf in decent condition in shops, but either the soil or the grass was less than perfect. However, the grass received was lush and green. When laying the turf it was robust and tolerated my less than expert positioning and manoeuvring, but also was easy to cut to shape around trees and posts. A week or so on and it's looking good and I'm delighted that I bought it"

"Ordered Stadium grass but when I got to basket I was asked if I wanted to upgrade for £1.40. Then checkout also told me how much room was left on my pallet , great so added another square metre in case of failures . Turf arrived the following afternoon and within an hour it was laid. A week later and the turf looks good, still lovely and green and is slowing growing. Very impressed with turf, ordering, delivery and follow up advice. Would not hesitate to recommend or buy again."

The only problem we had was disposing of the very heavy wooden pallet. Probably not possible but if delivery drivers had moved the turf off the pallet and taken it away that would have been better. "Internet ordering very easy. Grass arrived the next day when expexed. Person who arrived with delivery was good natured and even offered to bring the pallet further down drive nearer to back garden. GRASS qas in great condition, plenty of lovely green grass and a good amount of good soil. Was easy to lay, lucky for us we had a thunderstorm not long after laying it so helped with watering it. A week on grass in great health. Online turf even sent me an email to say that they will remind me when it will be good to give the grass its first cut. Great eat grass and great company"
