"The process of ordering the turf was easy to understand with good hints on measuring. The advice that came with ordering on what to do with the turf and the instructions on ease of delivery were good. I have had an email advising I will get an email reminder when to mow for the first time which I liked. I made a call to the office as I was trying to both advise of issues on delivery and ascertain a time-slot for when delivery would be and the staff on the end of the phone were polite and helpful. So far, so good on the lawn, its been down a week and I am watering it morning and evening as the weather is very hot, as I type its over 30 degrees celsius and the grass seems to be taking ok. One thing I will note and it might be good advice to pass on is using a spinning sprinkler to take care about positioning aas it became clear quickly that some parts of the lawn were being missed. Even then the new turf seems to be recovering from my early mistakes. All round very pleased with ease of ordering, responsiveness of staff and super pleased with the quality of product."

"Great service. Would use again. I chose standard delivery but when I called they were able to estimate the delivery slot to within one hour. Carefully delivered on a pallet to the drive, driver even checked if he was ok to place the pallet near the garage door, in case we needed to use the door. Ground was prepped that day, turf was laid after 24h. Luckily after a dry Spring we had heavy rain for a week so it has already started to establish."
