"I ordered 52 sqm and I was able to arrange a quick delivery. The day before delivery was due, I added an extra 8 sqm to the order. The customer service allowing me to do this at such short notice was very good. I’m generally not someone that reviews good or bad but in this case I wanted to add my comments. I ordered the grass for an AM slot, unfortunately it didn’t arrive before 1pm as agreed. I spoke to customer services twice that day but the turf didn’t arrive. Most reviews are when things either go great or terribly, in my case online turf seemed great but an issue with delivery company led to the delay, hence a mixed experience for me. The grass arrived mid morning the following day and was still of a very high quality. I received an email explaining what happened, with an apology. In this email I was also assured that any issues with the product they would assist me. In a nutshell, easy for companies to get good reviews when they do as expected, harder to get good reviews when things don’t go as planned. In my case they dealt with my issues promptly, professionally and had a plan if things didn’t work out with regards quality of the product. I would highly recommend this company."

"I have just completed my first cut and I am absolutely thrilled with my new lawn. The quality it excellent, lovely thick green grass and the service fantastic. The grass was in excellent condition when it arrived and arrived on the day specified in the morning. We laid the lawn pretty much as soon as it arrived and have watered it every day since. We’ve had a couple of incidents where our dog has got on the lawn and torn up a part 😫 but it patched back in well and has rooted fine. Just goes to show how the quality and hardiness of the grass. Such a productive Google search it was 😂! The site is ace !! Detailed but easy enough to find exactly what type of turf you need and the amount ! Fast and clean delivery with all the rolls nicely packed and wrapped on a pallet! Finally the product itself (Rye gold turf) is of a superior quality!! Really took well, fast and is rich in colour!! "Great communication paid for a Saturday delivery but I really wanted it on Friday (VE day) the delivery company contacted me on the Thursday to see if I wanted it on the Friday which was perfect for me. I ordered the gold and it is of a great quality laid 35 square meters in under 2 hours and I have never laid grass before. Almost one week in and the grass is growing well looks like it needs cutting already but will wait for the email that will recommend when it should be cut great customer service if you ask me. I have another patch to do about the same size and will definitely buy from this company again could not be happier even the wife is pleased."

I had ordered 5% extra as per guidelines to accommodate for any damaged rolls or adjustments needed but the quality of the rolls was so great that I ended up giving my neighbour 4 extra spare rolls!
