"The driver was great, delivered to the top of a longish drive. The quality looks really good, but of the 12 rolls, 2.5 were unusable.. I'm not sure how automated/quality checked the loading of the pallet is, but the outer rolls were neatly folded and placed in the pallet, however those underneath and in the middle were not very well rolled, partly spread out and unrolled. They were damaged and broke apart very easily. (2) The outer rolls were fine, suggesting it wasn't the delivery that caused the issue. A further roll was fairly well rolled, but contained a large stone that had cut through, leaving a hole in the turf, that the stone filled. This is quite disappointing. I had ordered this amount to turf an area where a large hedge had been removed, and thought to look to replace the rest of the lawn if this went well. It's a shame the good product was let down by poor packing."

The deliveryman was excellent - I have a very steep slope leading to my house and anticipated that it would be a kerbside delivery. "I ordered the grass and topsoil on 27th August and it was delivered Wednesday 29th August - fast delivery. Excellent quality, green and lush, and it was laid after area was prepared with the top soil. It is now 3rd September and the grass is thriving (still green and lush). The topsoil was really good quality and I am very happy with both my purchases. Customer service was great too and I really love the update emails I got regarding the maintenance of the grass. I will definitely recommended to family and friends for their garden projects. Thank you so much."

"Turf looks in good condition only been laid 4 days. Only given rating of 4 as I paid extra for a Saturday afternoon delivery as turf was being laid Sunday afternoon. Driver arrived at 9am on Saturday . I said he was early as I had paid for an afternoon delivery and was told only work until 11am on Saturday on not possible to have an afternoon delivery. I think this should’ve been stated on the website and I am waiting reimbursement of am/pm extra delivery charge"

"Extremely happy with this grass, laid within hours of delivery in the high temperatures top rolls were a little dry but if you could see my lush garden you wouldn’t know it it has been only two weeks and it already has deep roots, has been mowed twice, no weeds whatsoever and feels like a carpet. I can’t stop walking barefoot over it. The quality is outstanding the price is cheaper than the lowest grade at my local garden centre. Totally recommend this to all."
