"Was planning just to buy rolls of turf from Homebase but they had none left so I searched online and found OnlineTurf. Was more expensive but arrived the very next day and I could instantly see it was worth paying a bit more. Turf arrived supermoist and full of worms (sounds yuck but a good sign of healthy fresh grass) It was a lush green and not at all like the dried up stuff you get at the diy store. It laid well and seems to be bedding in just fine. Have recommended to others. Was super impressed by follow up email reminding me to water and first cut. Great aftercare service. 10/ 10 for me!!"

The telesales operator suggested the product, worked out my requirements from feet and inches into square meters, handled payment and delivery details with professionalism and attention to detail. Follow up messages kept me up to date with delivery which was less than straight forward within three days, on time and the Driver handled a road closure causing him to reverse over 400 yards to avoid without a hitch or a moan. "In the past I have bought turf from diy stores, which is light, crumbly and hard to get established. The grass I ordered from yourselves on a whim was the total opposite. Each roll was in great health, with a thick bed of soil, brimming with worms, and heavy - which took me by surprise when moving it into the back garden, but made it so easy to lay.
