Because the rolls were so consistent in size and shape, laying them down was like putting together a puzzle. The edges were clean, and the rolls were easy to handle (with two people). "Delivered on saturday as per order and before 9 ( paid extra for saturday before 1 pm) The rolls were delivered in good condition and was laid straight away its been a week now and it looks today i tried to lift a corner to see if the roots are establishing and i could not lift it so i guess they are ( had a lot of rain this week so did not need to water much) you can hardly notice the joints on the rolls or top soil on the joints as the grass has grown"

"Easy process for ordering. Delivered quickly (on time), professionally and packaged to a high standard. Product was lush and green of high quality. Due to the size of area we were covering it took 3 days to lay but despite the high temperatures, only one pallet of 5 was perishing, however after watering in line with your guide, the entire lawn looks fantastic now, with the obligatory stripes after the first mow! "Very pleased with this company. Ordering was very easy, the turf turned up the next business working day. My prepared lawn was ready and waiting for its new look. I must say the delivery driver went over and above siting the pallet in the right place. It only took me about an hour to neatly lay 39sqm. I’ve watered it every day for 5 days (typically we were having mid 30’s in sunshine but the sprinkler was doing overtime to keep the turf moist. Well 5 days on and my turf is a nice mid green colour and it is already rooting into the ground (a slight pull established it has rooted in) I am really satisfied with my turf from this company and I’d highly recommend them."

Only two rolls, located at the bottom of the largest pallet, showed minor drying and crumbling at the edges; however, these appear salvageable.
