Impressed!
We were impressed by the fact that you delivered when you said you would (an experience not found with other log suppliers!) and that your delivery man was very helpful in getting the huge bag of logs around to the rear of the house. We also found the ordering process from your web page to be exceptionally easy - congratulations!

Invisible becomes something good
Hello, having had a problem with an order not being delivered one phone call on Saturday morning changed all that. I was answered by the one person in the office, who immediately "owned" and dealt with the entire issue superbly. I have gone from a feeling of being somewhat let down to "sold" 100% on your service. Congratulations, and thank you (especially to your colleague from Saturday)!!
